"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"Love the breakfast, diferrent choices everyday. Love their banana. Need to update or keep the walls tidy , it has some whitish streak. Love their bathroom with high ceilings and motion sensor light. Their soap and shampoo and conditioner brand is not good. But its ok. It is peaceful and wuiet. Love their pillows. Bed is comfy. Coffee is available 24/7 but theres no creamer or half and half provided unless it is breakfast time."

"I came over memorial weekend and could not find a room anywhere, I was just passing through and very tired, another hotel suggests this hotel they had 5 rooms available. "The hotel was very quiet and clean with a fully stocked breakfast bar. It's very closed to Palm Springs and the Joshua Tree National Park. It's also very close to the Thousand Palms Oasis so there is plenty to go and explore in the area."

"I love that they allow dogs and the rooms are huge and nice! This is our half way stop to Tucson and we will always stay her because they are dog friendly"

"The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming."

"The property was so outdated and dark. Our room was awful, plugs by beds to charge phones did not work, the rooms phone did not work. Balcony sat on top of an ugly white roof with big ugly air conditioner as view- come on! Who would go out there? Terrible bathroom lighting- never again. Told them when I checked out next day and called 3 days later…they didn’t care. I paid for this on Expedia in full and the hotel chgd my credit card a resort fee. This is far from a resort! They told me to tell...

"it was a nice property. It's a little dated, but what made it the best was the staff from the check-in when we were at the pool even into when we got our food delivered into our room. I would definitely recommend staying here."
