"All around fantastic"

"My son and I booked the room for one night because we had a golf tournament the next day. The room was clean but the beds/mattresses were too soft. The A/C (wall unit) was loud, sound like a Harley Davidson riding by when it turned on (LOL). We managed to tolerate the noise and for one night it was okay. Oh well, like saying goes... You get what you paid for... Anyway, next time we book a room I would inquire about the amenities to suit our needs."

"Our family enjoyed an overnight stay here. We loved the room and enjoyed time in the pools, really wish we had had more time to stay. The only part we didn't like was the sales pitch. We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and was informed that our room would be ready at exactly 4PM. We were sent to the concierge for a welcome packet where they tried to give us a timeshare pitch. As soon as I said no and went to sit and wait for it to be 4PM, our room was magically ready."
