"I enjoyed breakfast, the staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was clean, however, I am not sure the carpets were well vacuumed. I enjoyed staying on the presidential floor, the view was breathtaking. "

"This hotel has not been maintained. It needs to be cleaned better, especially the shared space. A good carpet cleaning would make me feel comfortable removing my shoes. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would choose a different hotel next time."

"Bed was quite a bit more confortable than other hotels I've stayed. Also internet access was consistant and stable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Hot tub access at later hours was nice and convenient as well. Overall great experience!"
