"Breakfast was delicious lots of it our room was perfect we stayed in double room with sea view it was very clean bar meals excellent and reasonable all staff were fab nothing to much trouble always asked us if we were ok and to have a nice day when we went out "

"Room not cleaned on the three days, no hot water for two days, broken vending machine. No staff no site most of the time. Generally dirty communal areas."

"Great value property for a night in Scarborough, a tea towel would have been nice but we managed with a towel instead. Would definitely return."

"Really good place, very central Location and free parking which was very handy. Check in was super easy and we had a lovely lady greet us and show us around. We left fairly early around 7am and she was there to say bye with a bottle of water which was a very kind gesture. We will definitely be back! "
