The breakfast was super too. The private, off-road parking is an added bonus. "We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

"Located in a quiet street just a short walk from the railway station, the beach, and the town. Check-in was simple and efficient, with probably one of the friendliest and welcoming greetings I've ever had. The single room is nice (I had to move, thanks to a very loud, foul mouthed, and extremely selfish guest in the room above), but the double is absolutely wonderful! Very spacious, well appointed, beautifully quiet, and exceptionally clean. If I'm ever back in Skegness, I wouldn't hesitate to re-book here. Highly recommended."
