"AMAZING!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and the view was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection. The staff are nice and helpful. Close walking to everything, although uphill if that’s a problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, was sad I had to leave!!!"

"We had a large room with a private sitting out area (although it was too cold to use while we were there). Karen and her staff were very helpful and accommodating. The guest house is very central, close to where Ubers can take you and several of the palaces are close by. There is an honesty system for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OK but with freshly made pancakes and scrambled egg and the dining area was more corridor than room. Overall very good value."

"This was a luxurious hotel, the surroundings had lovely gardens with fruit trees, maze styled shrubs and a terrace that overlooks Sintra. Location is about a 15minute walk to the historic area, and a 40 minute walk from the train station. The staff is very attentive and available to help with any needs. The rooms are spacious, shutters on the windows, well appointed washroom which was separate from the sleeping area."

"A little confused upon arrival…. Difficult to determine how to access the property. However, provided you follow the instructions provided, someone will open the gate. Parking was secure (and plentiful). We were able to leave our bags early in the morning and went back later to check in…. They even took our bags to our room. Property is perfectly situated… short walk to restaurants, train station and attractions. Staff were amazing, and breakfast was phenomenal."

"This hotel is a piece of history. Only 8 minutes up the road to the Quinta da Regaleira. The hotel is lovely, the views are great. The breakfast was small but sufficient. The restaurant is good. The staff is very helpful and the massage was great. I would recommend calling and booking a massage in advance so you can get your preferred time. everything is aboout a 12-17 minute walk except the mountain top Pena Palace for example - uber or tuktuk to that. "Place was clean, updated, and well appointed. 10 min walk to the historic downtown. Breakfast was good. We were able to use the washer and dryer for a quick load. Hardest part was parking but we lucked in to a good spot not too far away."

"This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served.
