"We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Bali. Staff go out of their way for you and provide excellent customer service. Our room was lovely and clean was plenty of space. Housekeeping do an amazing job. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. During our stay we visited the Suku restaurant, staff here were extremely helpful and special meals were prepared for us. I would like to thank Dewi and Puto for their hospitality in the restaurant. Also a massive thank you to Rani at the front desk for arranging a special treat to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Plenty to do at the hotel with nearby attractions. We also visited the spa who provide a range of services at an extra cost but well worth it. If I ever come back to Bali again then this would definitely be the place to stay again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly wish I could give Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite more than 5 stars because our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived in Bali, we felt welcomed. Our airport driver, Santa, was waiting for us when we arrived, and he was so friendly, helpful, and professional. That was such a great first impression after a long flight from Thailand. The true star of our stay, however, was Alfa, the front desk representative who checked us in. After traveling all day, his warm welcome and hospitality were exactly what we needed. He made us feel comfortable right away and started our stay on such a positive note. The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast, and it was great! My personal favorite was the pancake station. 🥞 My husband also loved that the hotel offers hookah, which was a nice added touch for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and there’s also a mall directly across the street, which made getting around and finding things to do very convenient. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite. The friendly staff, great location, clean accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere made this hotel a memorable part of our Bali trip. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Bali.
