"The men at the desk went out of their way to help me with such things as how to switch on the a/c and directions to Starbucks and to the subways. The location of the hotel is great, among some excellent restaurants and close to the subway station to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The subway is easier than taxi to airport. A 4minutewalk, buy your ticket from an English speaking machine, and take the airport terminal 1 or 2 exit(clearly marked). Cost about $2."

"The staff were polite although not all spoke English and this was tricky on my first day dealing with a late check in. I was saved by an English speaking family who were on the ball with their translating app and so, like them, I left my luggage and went for a walk about. The hotel is minutes away from the subway, a huge hypermarket and coffee shops and food shops. To get to the airport there is a direct train which takes less than 10/15 minutes - if unlike me, you have a good sense of geography...

"Room was in need of upgrade. Water stains from AC unit on wall and peeling and damaged wallpaper. Small moths in bathroom and bedroom area. Location to subway good. Shuttle back to airport on time and great vehicle. Shuttle to hotel would have been nice but $14 taxi ride. Cost effective for one night stay but would not stay longer."
