"The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very private and quiet. The staff were all wonderful. The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A few minutes walk along the boardwalk to Icon Mall for even more food choices. We will be back"

"The Parigata Resort and Spa was great! We stayed in the family room one night before heading over to Nusa Penida. They promptly addressed any needs we had as well as arranged drivers. They even held our bags for free while we were in Nusa Penida. Twin beds in the room were very comfortable. The king bed was a little stiff and possibly an older bed.
If there were any room for improvement, I would say a more comfortable sitting chair and more pest (bug) control options.

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!"
