"It's impossible to book an appointment for the spa, unless you do it way in advance. They have a 2 for 1, Tuesday deal, but I've tried twice to use it now, and they never have any room, and take forever to call you back. They don't seem to pick up the phone much. Pool & Hot Tub are good! "

There was no elevator to the second floor and it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price. The pool area was also clean and the pool itself was warm and relaxing. Too bad the hottub area was closed down, that would have been a big bonus. All in all, a good experience and a reasonable price to stay in Collingwood!"
