"This hotel is a great location for activities in silver springs, the staff were extremely helpful and very professional! Kudos to “Bobby” ! A very personable and friendly front desk manager. The over all hotel was clean however, we did see a little “fixing” in the process, but did not change our mood as we had a lovely stay..thank you"

"Room was not ready for some one to stay in… no towels or toilet paper or soap..tape on the light fixture and smelt like smoke in the room and smelt like the bedding had not been washed"

"There is NO daily , nor ANY housekeeping. There is NO breakfast or coffee. There is NO people in the office. The room was just a concrete square with a bed, small table, 2 cracked and withered chairs. Bathroom is from 1960. The tub faucet never stopped running. We had one rill of toilet paper for 6 days, 2 people. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! They do not show the truth of what you will get. The only good thing i can say is there are no roaches and no bedbugs. "

"Rooms were clean , beds were comfortable and Tvs worked but property is worn and in need of some serious care. We were checking in late and leaving early so it didnt matter. Lobby wasnt open yet for coffee at 730 am. The desk clerk and supervisor were very friendly and accomdated room location request d/t a legitimate service animal"
