"Terrible. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible. Me tocó ir a buscar Hotel a otro lado (llevaba 5 horas manejando para llevarse esa sorpresa, no sé por qué no me contactaron con tiempo y así hubiera buscado oportunamente en otro lado dado que iba en viaje con niños). La única mala experiencia que he tenido en años con esta aplicación. "

"Best hotel to stay in the area. Amazing pool and outdoor areas. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint was the limited bar service.
