One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use

The ringling house was a great location. Our unit was recently renovated and very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a great proximity to the beach and the village. The staff was helpful and came right to us when we called about beach chairs. Susan was great and checked in often and was quick to respond. We did need to go to a dollar store and buy toilet paper, tissues and a couple household items that we left for the unit because it wasn’t there. Also, it’s helpful to know that though they have beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas available, you do have to rent them. It is not included. Overall we would definitely recommend The Ringling House again.

The Ringling Beach House made our trip! Literally across the road from the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, and walking distance from downtown Siesta Key made is perfect. We will be back and that should tell you something! The room was clean and modern with plenty of space for a small family or couple get away! Full kitchen is a huge plus, spacious bathroom, comfy king size bed in the master! I can’t recommend it enough, this will be my recommendation to anyone talking about vacation for the foreseeable future!

Null Sterne sind zuviel !!!, schmutzige Wohnung, überall Haare, das Kondenswasser läuft innen am Fenster runter, leere Kondomverpackung lag im Schlafzimmer auf dem Boden, der Zutrittscode zur Wohnung ist nicht geschützt und kann von jeder Person eingesehen werden, dunkel, muffig, überall auf dem Gelände Verletzungsgefahr, abgenutztes Inventar, offene Stromkästen, Baustellenlärm von nebenan, keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zur Vermietung/Rezeption möglich, schmutziges Aussengelände, und und und....Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und haben dort nicht übernachtet

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wenn man selber kochen will, geeignet, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Leider war unser Bett nur ein Klappbett, so dass es eher ungemütlich war. Der Pool inklusive Umgebung war gemütlich, auch abends noch um noch ein Gläschen zu nehmen. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Leider hatten andere Leute die versprochenen Stühle und Sonnenschirme für sich reserviert, so dass es besser wäre, für jedes Appartement separate Utensilien bereit zu stellen. Aber es war insgesamt gemütlich für unsere unkomplizierten Strandferien mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Der Dorfkern mit den Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, was auch super ist.

Overall wonderful little cottage in walking distance to the beach. I timed it and it’s five minutes from door to beach! Well appointed with dishes, ironing board, coffee maker etc. Our unit (dancing bear) faced the street so there was some noise but nothing disruptive. Had some issues with the AC and internet but staff was responsive and issues remedied quickly. The unit could use a deep clean-dust on doors, fans, vents but overall in good condition. Be aware that each person is allowed one towel every three days-however we were able to secure extra ones eventually. The beach supplies are first come, first serve so we initially didn’t have chairs but once again, staff worked to remedy the situation. Supplies are old but in working condition-wagons rusting and squeaky, chairs torn, but no big deal. They met our needs-it’s all you need for the beach. Never used the pool but it looked welcoming and clean. Smart TV is a nice touch. The Ringling beach house met our needs and was comfortable with a great location!!! We walked everywhere.

Unit was very clean, a nice unit overall. The wooden stairs and hand rail need to be replaced. One step was rotten and another not nail properly. Currently the stair case is dangerous to use.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ringling Beach House! Susan, the property manager, was extremely responsive and made sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better, right across from the beach, and having access to a beach cart and chairs made our days by the ocean so easy and enjoyable. We definitely plan to come back!

Great place and great value! the only thing that would make it a perfect score would be extra towels. One per customer is a bit short for 4 days. And better shower soap/shampoo/conditioner since it's hard to travel with these. Other than that, highly recommend that place! I would definitely go back!

Clean apartment......no staff on property. Unit had no icemaker and there was one tiny ice cube tray that made extemely small ice cubes very strange. Pool was nice. Beach access trail was full of stagnant water.
