"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Masetta and would highly recommend. All the staff were kind and attentive making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. "The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. You need to WhatsApp message a number in order to get the codes, and they didn’t respond for a long time. We were stuck sitting outside for 2 hours with our luggage.
