"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. "Very pleasant outdoors, good food, excellent pool, comfy beds but.. no air conditioner! That was a big let down in the tropical, him I’d weather of Quintana Roo! Our room did not have mosquito screens in door and window, so we couldn’t even have some outdoor wind moving around the room. It was a rough night."
