"The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Although the property is older the fireplace and sitting area are well maintained and relaxing. The hot, free breakfast is decent as well. "

"AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls."

"The hotel looked run down. Shelving in bathroom was falling off the wall. No hot water, staff knew of the problem but did not bother mentioning it. No appoligies, and no discounts given "

"Only stay here if you have a car and noise and light don't interfere with your sleep. The hotel is in a residential area with nothing for travellers and it is NOT accessible by public transit: from the last subway stop you would have to take a bus from one of the busiest stops. With the huge lineups and there is no way you can get on this bus with any luggage so I had to pay for an Uber. The property is very clean, well staffed, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. However, the restaurants don't offer gluten-free options and there is nowhere in walking distance to eat. The rooms are NOT well insulated, and you can hear every conversation in the hallway, all night long. (Remember that this is an airport hotel and people come and go at all hours.) My room looked into the parking lot, with lights shining all night and no way to block them as there was no blind and only a transparent curtain. I spent am uncomfortable night and was glad to leave in the morning. (The free airport shuttle was helpful.)"
