The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. "

"Il s’agissait d’un second séjour dans un hôtel de la chaîne RAAS au cours de notre voyage en Inde. Tout comme celui de Jaipur, celui-ci ne nous a pas déçu. Tout d’abord l’hôtel est un brillant exemple d’une rénovation ultra contemporaine dans une architecture d’époque (une ancienne haveli) qu’ils ont su préserver avec brio, tout cela au cœur de la ville à deux pas de la tour de l’Horloge. La chambre était spacieuse, propre dans un style très épuré avec en prime une vue imprenable sur le fort...

Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. "Management is wonderful. When my texi cannot go to the hotel gate because of the narrow road and traffic. I called the hotel and was picked up by hotel's autobikes. Also the hotel is famous for its reputation and every Tuktuk car drivers know this hotel. If you want to take a walk, it's 15 minutes walking distance to the Mehrangarh Fort from the hotel."
