"It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking "

"Stayed here for 1 night on the way home from a trip to the outer Hebrides. Check in was quick. We had a nice room on the first floor but decor was a bit dated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable though. I used the pool - very nice sized pool but it was unbelievably hot in the swimming pool area. Staff were helpful & friendly. I would deffo return."

We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. "This was our first time in Glasgow and not knowing where to stay, we booked this place. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! While the property may be older, our room was excellent, clean, and well stocked. But more than anything, the staff were absolutely AMAZING!! Gabby, Peter, Mark, Rachel, Lynsey, Emma, Anndrea, and David all made the stay so much better than it ever could have been.
