"We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved our stay. Everything is new, having a fridge, washing machine/dryer, good size kitchen, big bathtub, comfortable bed in the room was amazing. Close to the station, easy to get around. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend. Hot chocolate in City Bakery is the best. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. Pizza was great. We will definitely come back again. "

"We were greeted as soon as we got off the elevator, receptionist was very pleasant n friendly. When we wanted help going to a place, they gave us maps Our room was spacious n always clean. Restaurants were in abundance n not far from hotel."

"This was a lovely hotel. The shuttles they run are very helpful. The restaurant was delicious. The foot bath happy hour outside looking at the river was fantastic. We had a "private onsen" room but it was really a bathtub on the deck (more sento), not groundwater, but still very nice. The hotel onsen is also a very nice spa, but not an onsen in the traditional sense. The pricing was higher when we checked out than represented on Expedia so FYI. "
