The hotel is super nice and the staff is lovely, whatever you need they accommodate and help you or arrange it for you; the staff helped us with our bags and moved us to a more comfortable room so that we wouldn't have issues with our bags (we had 4) because we were traveling the next day. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Although it's located in a slightly run-down area, the hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. We were in Albania for a few days and really enjoyed our stay here. They also have underground parking so ideal for travellers who hire a car! I would definitely recommend it!"
