"The room was amazing, clean, and had everything needed. The staff were super helpful as well. I arrived early and they let me store my bags before check in as well as after check out before having to leave for my next destination. When I did check in, they already had my bags set up in my room. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was a masterclass in how to run a hotel. Clean rooms, a large powerful shower with superb water pressure and a very large and comfortable bed. The air con was easy to work. The bathroom had considerable amounts of shelving and there was plenty of hanging space. A fridge in the room is always great. So many hotels don’t do the basics well - this one certainly does and it was amazing. Great location near a 7-11 and train station too. A perfect base for exploring Kyoto and a fabulous breakfast too. Five stars 🌟"
