Bathroom was disgusting. Mould around shower screen and soap scum in the shower soap holder. Room carpet was covered in stains. Staff were generally very nice and polite

I normally always stay here at the Oaks but this rom I was in this time was the worst and oldest one I've ever stayed in ..
