"一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。"

"There are quite a few apartment blocks within the Oaks complex. It took us a few minutes to find the reception as it's tucked at the back. Had to call the night manager as we were told we would be texted the key safe code, after advising we probably would be arriving just after reception had closed. We didn't receive the code which was just a bit annoying. The car park space (for room 302) was extremely tight, between two pillars. Luckily our car is mid size but it's a squeeze to get in. "I have to be honest and say I would never stay at this property again. The cleanliness of the property was very average. We had to ask for another blanket because there was only a light, very small blanket on the bed and it was quite cold. The manager eventually brought us another one and it had disgusting stains over it. I had to wash it before putting it on the bed. A lot of things didn’t work in the property and it was just old and tired."

"Loved the location! Right across from the beach, our condo had a balcony with an ocean view. The views were amazing. Really big suites, nice kitchen amenities and living room. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Underground parking was included in the price, no extra charges. It was a great stay and would stay again. The location was perfect to explore the sunshine coast."

"Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value."

"Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy"
