Nightcap at Kawana Waters Hotel
The carpet smells, old build, look like more terribly industrial area no presentable fronts reception. Very disappointed not whatsoever I so on the advertisement. I don't sleepover in a bar. The Hotel needs a urgent makeover and better reception to welcome the guests.

Mercure Sunshine Coast Kawana Waters
Unfortunately the shower floods the bathroom floor while showering every time, the ac cannot be switched off and is very noisey & the room furniture is filthy. Staff were lovely
