There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

"Our room was lovely and clean, with a beautiful ocean view. Comfy couch, everything in the kitchen we needed (except scissors), comfy bed. We were there 9 days. Our sheets were changed halfway through our stay. Reception staff were friendly and really helpful with booking taxis for us. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend"
