"The rooms are in need of refurbishing especially the bathroom as all the cabinets are suffering from water damage and also the hot water in the shower took minimum of 5 minutes for some hot water to come out but in saying that the location was absolutely brilliant for a concert at the Perth convention centre literally 30second walk across the car park "

"Unfortunately the pool was closed for the week and we were only notified late. Our granddaughter was looking forward to the pool. The cleaning behind and at the side of the fridge hadn’t been cleaned for a while and under the cushions on the couch was dirty. When management were advised it was rectified immediately. Other than that the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. "
