Bathroom, shower wall had hair on the tiles, Wife was stuck in the lift for 20 minutes spoke with a Manager next morning and didnt want to except any issues raised as the property is leased.

The elevator stopped working and was stuck in it for 30 minutes. Was not told they are not working until after. Bathroom had mould on the vent. Had to carry own luggage up all the stairs. Overall not impressed at all.

This property was awesome with one major flaw which is parking. I was forced to street park, meaning I had to go back and forth to a parking meter and still ended up with a parking fine. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were pleasant, professional and accommodating. No additional charges for guest laundry. Room was cleaned and freshened daily. Rooms are deceptively small. Executive Studio here is about half the size of a double elsewhere. Demand of rooms at this location made upgrades impossible. Choose a larger apartment in order to capture the experience of living space commensurate with typical expectations.
