With 2 young children, my wife and I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Well, we chose this hotel as we wanted to spend the day in Universal Studio in Japan. So, it is in a great location for that purpose. Its check in and check out is automatic which is great. The thing we did not like about it was that even though we had a triple room, it was quite small foe a family of 4.

Conveniently located with a subway immediately in front of the hotel. Seems as though the hotel rooms are undergoing upgrades / modernisation. I stayed in one of the old rooms which was unfortunately outdated and looking worse for wear. I’m sure the rooms will look great once updated.

This hotel is super conveniently located, two blocks from subway. The room was nice, clean, spacious and smartly designed. The staff was pleasant with check in, although funny they apparently wanted a self check in with use of QR code that I never received, but they checked me without incident. Minor point, there is quite a bit of advertisement regarding free beer, but it is only available between 6 and 7. I came down at 7:15 and told it was unavailable. Funny, I would have never expected it except for the advertising

"Modern and upscale in appearance. It was about a 15 minute walk from Osaka Station and most of the walk was underground, away from the heat and rain. The last few blocks were outside in an area of lots of restaurants. JFYI, the lobby is on the 17th floor and rooms are above that in a separate elevator, ..."
