"Will not be returning. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel there was this feeling of discomfort trash cans and power tools left up front. But figured I'd give it a chance. A lot of American Flag Decor but nothing about it and the way it's ran is American. Front desk not customer service friendly. Expressed concerns about having to check out early before checking in, he advised to just contact expedite he was okay with allowing an exception, contacted Expedia and he told them he wouldn't refund my last night. Was actually really frustrating when he could've just communicated that up front No security latches on the doors, two lamps in room didn't work. Bathroom did not smell clean, like it was recently used. Two drawers didn't work, the side exterior hotel building door does not lock checked even at night.. so anyone can literally walk in. Music and banging loud at night and people in the hall right outside the door all night. Will never stay here again regardless of how close it is to the military base where my husband is stationed. I've learned my lesson and would rather drive a little more and pay more for quality, security, comfort, and real customer service. Hope for hotels sake, it improves for the military personnel it's aiming to serve."

"Our room was dusty. You can see it on the lamp shades and lighting fixtures. There are a picture frame with only cardboard backing that created an illusion of a mirror. The bathroom door was busted which we didn't notice until the next morning. Surfaces like table, fridge door, etc were not wiped down and there were loose titles in the bathroom with cracked grout. The toilet also moved when sitting down on, which was pretty low. It was definately a disappointment and shock as the hotel has high reviews. I just knew our hotel would be nice and clean. That was a definate never again!"
