"The room was nice size and clean. Their was a lot of bird poop all over the stairs. Check in was a mess they were not at the property when we arrived we had to drive 12 miles away to get checked in and the 12 miles back . Needs better signs on where the rooms are. There was nothing in the email about any of the changes. We ask to be in lower level with no stairs and the put us on the second floor with 18 steps when called they said none were available but I never seen anyone on the lower lever....

"The staff were extremely helpful. I ment to book for two nights and did not. They helped me correct that. The room was exceptionally clean. Also, no carpet- which is great. The hotel is off a busy thoroughfare, but I had no trouble sleeping.
The bathroom was very clean.
I did not eat breakfast so can not comment on it."
