Left for the day to do activity at 9:00 am When came back to hotel at 3:40 pm door to room was open. The room was not cleaned by cleaning staff. Went up to office to tell that door to room was left open and room was not cleaned. Desk clerk texted cleaning staff. Did not know what had happened. Stated that cleaning is done every other day.

They charged my debit card, for 60.00 which is still pending. For what, they couldn't tell me. All the attendant said was that her night worker sometimes did that? They was also very rude when my husband and granddaughter went to check the reasoning behind the 60.00 charge. I will not be staying here again. And hopefully they put my money back on my card !! Horrible maid service also, asked them to clean the room on our last night there, to come back after my work conference to an unclean room.
