"This is a cabin resort depending on the room level. Rustic but you ARE in a national park so to be expected. If in the traditional or cabins, you walk up the hill to the dining room/bar. There are 2 short (1.5mi) right at the lodge"

My only complaint that costed my husband and I bad back pain was the Fred Flinstone Bedrock King sized concrete bed that we slept on. It was by far the worst sleeping experience we have ever had on a bed matress, if that's what you would call it. "Our room was clean and quiet and seemed to be recently renovated with new decor and new carpet. Bathroom had also been updated. Breakfast was fine, they had hot foods like eggs, sausage, and French toast, and also offered a waffle station and cereal selections. Parking was easy and close. I would stay again if I return to the area."

"We had a brief stay only for one night; therefore I didn't have a thorough experience on the property. However, the room was suffocating with the ventilation system not working. Another annoying experience was being spammed continuously by Expedia in a busy travel schedule. "
