"Fantastic stay in a unique and beautiful property! The staff was wonderful. We had dinner our first night in the restaurant and had to go back again the next night because we couldn't stop talking about the bacon dates and the mushroom tart. FANTASTIC bartender and waitstaff. Simple, quiet room with an unexpected view of the Roanoke Star. GREAT time--we'll be back!"

"Rooms are very clean and provide plenty of room. Large bathroom and a large walk in shower was a nice surprise. The staff is helpful and friendly. We ate on site 2 evenings and enjoyed the food. We liked the multiple outdoor seating areas also."

"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but extremely clean. The tub in the bath was extra big with scalding hot water; not ideal for kids without monitoring, but this may have been only for the rooms with king size beds. I loved the hot soaks. It was an easy walk through a little tunnel to get to the Natural Bridge Park. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. "
