"The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms are superb. Housekeeping does everyday cleaning and changed towels, refills tissue and toilet papers daily. There is water refill machine in each De Luxe Rooms. Coffee and Tea were refilled daily as well. Staff are helpful, courteous, and polite to guests. There is everyday breakfast choices whether you want to have buffet breakfast or set room orders. We availed buffet breakfast during our stay and food was extravagant! Disneyland Explorer Lodge...

"The Reception is dark. At night not much light. The Booking Clerk had to use the torch on his phone to show us sight seeing places in a map. The breakfast is very basic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tin Hau MTR station so it’s really convenient for the main sights. Less than 20 minute walk to Causeway Bay. We had the executive room which includes a microwave and tap and sink, but note that NO plates or cutlery are provided, only 2 small teacups, 2 tall glasses and 2 teaspoons (whereas the hotel photos seem to imply they provide basic kitchenette facilities). "Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."
