"Good: clean room & good air conditioning. Bad: As we were walking to our room one of the cleaning staff was coming out of the room they had just finished saying EXTREMELY inappropriate language. The gym was never cleaned while I was there. The workout towel was in the same basket I had left it in the day before. 2 of the 7 cardio machines were working. There was no water. When I told the front desk the lady said “Oh that’s the maintenance guy’s job.”"

"Sink has no cover/strainer. Tried to check in an hour early but was told need to pay $25. A/C was noisy."

"The bed was very hard. It smelled bad as soon as we walked into the building. We asked for and were promised an ADA room but didn’t get one."

"Enjoyed the big clean room with nice bathroom with walk in shower. Casino offered a good gaming Experience. Dining room service was great. Food good, but the small of smoke from the gaming area was in the dining room"

"I did not appreciate the male housekeeper coming into my room without a go ahead and before my check out at 11am I was asked how long I’m going to be. It was 9am and my sleep was interrupted by a pushy male staff member. There needs to be a do not disturb sign provided to make these kind of situations not happen. Will not be staying here again."
