Cari Hotel di Kaunti Shasta

"Staff were courteous and friendly. Great food at the restaurant. Comfortable bed."

"Clean room pantry and cleaning staff was good but reception staff was not that good . Breakfast was nice . This hotel near by airport and other locations so easy to commute ."

"Highly recommend! Clean rooms helpful staff. Wish had continental breakfast. Would stay there again."

"Very clean, the staff was great at communicating, breakfast served in the room, I didnot réalise it was a b&b. Close by restaurant. Hightly recommand it."

"The overall stay was good. The beds are not comfortable and the carpet in the room was very stained and patches of carpet were removed. The lady serving breakfast kept complaining about the mess people kept making and we were rushed by the cleaning guy to get out of our room the day of check out."

"The rooms are being renovated, so there was a lot of construction debris. However, they could put some effort into maintaining the grounds. The pool and spa were kept clean, but everything else around it was dirty and overgrown with shrubs and weeds. Even the parking lot was in disrepair. Hopefully the renovation will also include everything I mentioned, then I will stay again and give it another review. This place was the most luxurious place to stay in Northern California. Celebreties...

"The property was convenient, We were able to park our boatin the huge parking lot,"

"One thing I noticed about the property was that it was fully staffed compared to a lot of hotels I've stayed in recently. They were around cleaning the common areas inside and out. The hotel was exceptionally clean"

"The staff is very welcoming and always helpful the place is quiet and breakfast was amazing!!"

"Everything just so so to me"
