"My room was so beautiful, comfortable and fully secure for a woman travelling alone. I found the shower floor very slippery but they sent me a rubber mat to stand on. There was an overflow of water that escaped from the shower door each time I showered (perhaps a design issue?) but they sent a maintenance man to fix this issue. "We stayed here as a family with my wife and our two young children. We are from Canada and have stayed at several hotels since arriving in the UAE, and this is easily our favorite so far, especially for families with kids. Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking, which was a great bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite without even asking. "I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "
