"Polite and helpful Frontline staff, housekeeping staff and technical staff.
Impressed by the timely response, usually within 10 minutes for housekeeping and technical assistances.
Spacious & clean room although the room could be brighter. The hotel is by the roadside, but there was no twice noise, my room is just opposite the lift lobby, but it is quiet. Very good sound proofing.
The rooms come with excellent river view. Likely to stay here again."
