"The hotel, ostensibly a 4 star hotel, has satisfactory rooms but with rather hard mattresses. The decor in the room I stayed in is a bit dated (a la 1970's) and not up to the standards or expectations for an international 4 star hotel but adequate. Small extras typically provided by 4 and 5 star hotels such as bathroom amenities, were lacking (except at additional cost). I stayed in an executive room which was spacious. "We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."
