"I was charged an extra 300 dollars for my stay. I was told it is a incidental security deposit for each day I was there. I had the supervisor waive the parking fee of 75 dollars plus tax because I was not paying parking for three days. That was the only thing she did good besides the 5 arcade cards with a 40 dollar credit on it as a curtsey. I explained that I booked through a third party and the room are all paid for I just had to pay the resort fees. That bill was 163.47. I was charged 463.47....

"It's a 3-Star hotel so don't expect the room to be glamourous, but my wife and I had a great time. Place was probably incredible in the 90s/early 2000s but needs maintenance. Food was good, but restaurant is understaffed. We stayed in the Champagne room, despite all of that, I do recommend staying here. It has a nice charm to it, Note, if you're afraid, there are lots of deer on site. But they are not aggressive, they seem to know where the food is. Enjoy!"

"Our rate included a wonderful, made to order breakfast each day. The hotel is older and the room was on the small side. The hotel is in a fantastic location, both for the view & connections to public transit at the Gateway Center."

"Four night stay. Staff was welcoming and pretty attentive except for the following are in room issues discovered and reported. 1).the phone did not work. Could not call front desk for issues. 2).couch cushion torned exposing inner foam. 3). Bed pillows flat and unsupportive 4). Not outlets near bed/night stand. Only found outlet for fridge and microwave and one under window across the room. Made for difficulty of powering phones. 5). No clock in room 6). Shower head to the left as you entered...

"Very nice for families"

"Our key cards were not working during our stay, we had to be let in our rooms by maintenance constantly. Over 20 cars were broken into in the parking lot during our stay. There was no closet in our room to store out clothes. The bed was literally in the ground, there was no box spring. They thought this would make things look modern. Parking was $35 per day and they put a $250 hold on your card for your room. The worst stay anywhere ever!"
