"I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. "Staff was awesome! Met 3 different front desk workers all delightful and helpful. Could use more lighting and attention such as non rusty refrigerators, matching paint when doing touch ups etc. The common areas such as interior walkways to pools and rooms could benefit by daily vacuuming. Air-conditioners were filthy outside of the rooms. The boat parking needs mowing."

"Very clean property. The beds were pretty comfortable and softer than most hotels at this price. I noticed they use either unscented or fragrance-free detergent on the sheets, which was very much appreciated with my health issues. The staff was helpful, and the lady taking care of breakfast was extremely attentive. The only thing I can complain about is a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it didn't hamper our experience much."
