We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, The hot tub wasn't working when we stayed there. Also, the sink in our room was clogged, we had to switch rooms for the second night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The view of the lake was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge & microwave in the room. The hot tub and pool were currently not heated which did make the stay less enjoyable. As well, I could not see any light to keep the sauna from being pitch black once the door was closed, so I couldn’t close the door and determine if the sauna was enjoyable either. This did dramatically affect how enjoyable my overnight stay was.

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, no problems with that. The staff are all very friendly, we rented 4 rooms for our family. Where the problem is, the stairwells are all filthy. The tile in the hot tub couldn’t be nastier/dirtier. The side walk in front of the rooms is disgustingly dirty. It never changes from year to year.

Older resort across from lake. Room was redone with slat wood floors- nice. Bed comfy. Bathroom small. Pool and hot tub area clean and nice. Hot tub was nice pool water cool. Had big overhead doors that were opened so some bugs in water but you could tell they kept on top of it. Dory at front desk very nice! Continental breakfast enough-cereal, pastries, toast etc. yogurt and hard boiled eggs, juice. Nice outside area to sit. Sits above highway but not noisy. About 6 miles outside Mountain Home. Old Mill Tavern towards town has excellent pizza and great staff!

Amazing View

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Norfork Resort. The hotel is a little dated but overall clean and comfortable. The balcony view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous and made the trip special. We had a small issue with our key card at first, but the manager handled it quickly and cheerfully, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The pool area could be a bit noisy at times, but the peaceful lake view more than made up for it. We’d definitely come back for the scenery and the friendly service.

It has been a true blessing finding this place. The friendliest of people and it’s right across from the lake, indoor pool, hot tub and the best price. I’m a volunteer chaplain for the North Central unit and my wife, kids and I need to come to the area a couple times a month. Finding an affordable place to stay that has great facilities and an indoor pool is a God send.
