"The room smelled of mold. Over the bathroom ceiling was black mold that was painted over. The mattress was very old and you can feel the springs. I definitely won’t stay there again."

"When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!"

"The breakfast was pretty low maintenance. On the website it said that breakfast would be from 6-11 and then we got there and they said it was only from 6-9. Our AC also smelled like cigarette smoke due to people smoking outside. Overall, we got what we paid for. "

"I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

"It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators."

"Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels."
