"The bed had hair in it. We checked for bedbugs. The bathroom smelled like curry, disgusting."

Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! "Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious, staff were welcoming, hotel conveniently located with plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks instead of just coffee maker which turned out barely warm water. Also, I would expect proper cups and teaspoons instead of disposable paper cups and straw/stirrers in a hotel of this standard. "

"Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up"

"If I could upload pictures I would. First thing first DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I checked in all was fine till I went into my room 323. I check every room I stay in because I don’t want to catch bugs or sleep on someone else filth. You pay for the cleanliness and the headache of staying how long you might stay. My Whole bed was STAINED WITH THIS MYSTERY STAIN and when I looked more into my room the ceiling has been leaking over time and they did not clean the overhead for the window so there...

"Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...
