"This property responded quickly to my request for a
pet-friendly
room and for late arrival. However, the bad overwhelming negates that good. The outside temp was 27 degrees and the room was freezing cold - no heat running even at 60 degrees or so upon arrival. Continental breakfast the next morning had 1 cereal option, no milk or juice available, 6 small containers of yogurt, no fruit, and no staff either at front desk or servicing the food area for cleaning or replenishment."
