Location was good; short walk to the centre and near supermarkets and restaurants.
The building and property is fairly new, about 6 years old and seems well maintained with touch lights on corridors and even a vending machine for snacks and drinks.
The services seem to need more work as a building and a location don't just make the place stand out. 1. After checking in, we find the room in immaculate condition, however we were told the third person would be on the sofabed, which is fine, however it was not made up when we arrived. We also had to go look for the extra bedding to make it.
2. We were staying 4 nights and 5 days. Not once did our towels get changed or extra bedding and sheets were provided (since we have to do these things ourselves)
3. We have to empty our own bins from the kitchen and the bathroom
We did take our bins and we did make our own beds, however we did not get fresh towels after 2-3 days. Not sure if that is normal? I have stayed in 2 stars and I have goten fresh towels and fresh bedding (even made up for me) and to add insult we have to pre-approve €200 on our credit card (which apparently we get back but I have yet to check this)
Only one person seems to be manning the reception desk and hardly saw the cleaning staff, except just the wet floor signs at every floor. Seems to be relying on their good location and newly refurbished property rather than any customer service or any form or interaction with their guests other than at check-in.
