The property is in a great location and was very clean. The person who greeted us was very willing to share local knowledge with us. The suite was very large and well equipped. However, the wifi only worked at one end of the apartment, as we came in the door. The hot water to the shower had pathetic pressure, making hair washing particularly a trial. We could hear noises from the apartment above us most of the night but there is no night person to report that to in hopes of getting the noise to abate.

The space was ample and clean. Beds including sofa were comfortable. All of the people at the reception were beyond helpful and very warm. We had everything we needed, amazing location, 15 min walking distance from the center. Near all of the historical landmarks. Loved it!!! Will stay with them for all future travel.

It's a motel-style apartment complex, fairly neat and clean for this type of accommodation. Friendly staff. Nice location walking distance to the old town (which attracted us to this particular property), paid parking right by the hotel. We liked the option of having a full kitchen and the washer! The room didn't have a toaster and a kettle, we requested both and staff has provided both. The not so nice: The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is old and gross. When it opens, two can sleep ALONG the sofa bed, so it's impossible to get up at night without disturbing the other person. We spent there two nights and definitely would not be able to stay longer. You can hear the noise of the neighbors, or people leaving early in the morning. When folks smoke outside of their units the smoke funnels inside if you open a window.
Warn out bed mattresses. You are required to take off and fold the sheets for cleaning upon the check out.
A drier rack outside on the patio - a helpful feature. Too bad the blinds don't open completely

The best thing about this place is the location. 5-minute walk to many restaurants, and the main sights in Seville are all less than a 30-minute walk. The condition of the apartment was very disappointing, much older than how it appears in the pictures. The sofa-bed in the living room is old and uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Advertising the apartment as suitable for 4 people is misleading, as the sofa-bed is not appropriate for sleeping.

We stayed in apartment 7. Not sure about the other rooms but our was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a sitting area. It was actually surprising how large the room was. Overall the room was clean and nice. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower has a small glass panel and the water sprays all over the floor. The area is great and easily walkable to everything. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby including the Triana market. This would be a great place to stay for a family on an extended stay in Seville.

The apartment was a decent size for our family of (4), is in a good location for walking into the old town (about a 10 min walk) and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was always someone at the front desk to help with questions, even on Christmas Eve. (wow!) We would definitely stay here again

Fine, but probably wouldn't go back
The apartment was fine but is a bit dark and dingy so you don't really want to spend much time there. The cooking facilities and equipment also aren't particularly great. The apartments are in a great location though, very convenient to get to the main sights of Seville either by foot or using the electric scooters that are all around the city Also when we checked in we asked whether we could have a late check out on our last day and were told it would be no problem. But when it came to our check out day they denied all knowledge of this. They did let us leave our luggage and let me into a room to take a shower before our flight back though so wasn't a disaster but slightly frustrating when it had been agreed

Location was good; short walk to the centre and near supermarkets and restaurants. The building and property is fairly new, about 6 years old and seems well maintained with touch lights on corridors and even a vending machine for snacks and drinks. The services seem to need more work as a building and a location don't just make the place stand out. 1. After checking in, we find the room in immaculate condition, however we were told the third person would be on the sofabed, which is fine, however it was not made up when we arrived. We also had to go look for the extra bedding to make it. 2. We were staying 4 nights and 5 days. Not once did our towels get changed or extra bedding and sheets were provided (since we have to do these things ourselves) 3. We have to empty our own bins from the kitchen and the bathroom We did take our bins and we did make our own beds, however we did not get fresh towels after 2-3 days. Not sure if that is normal? I have stayed in 2 stars and I have goten fresh towels and fresh bedding (even made up for me) and to add insult we have to pre-approve €200 on our credit card (which apparently we get back but I have yet to check this) Only one person seems to be manning the reception desk and hardly saw the cleaning staff, except just the wet floor signs at every floor. Seems to be relying on their good location and newly refurbished property rather than any customer service or any form or interaction with their guests other than at check-in.

Dark rooms on a very busy street
Located on a busy street of Triana district, close to the river's main bridge. The rooms are dark with the windows facing other windows of the tiny dark courtyard. The in-room safe opens with a key, instead of a code and there is a refundable deposit required. There is no washing machine in the unit, but there is one accessible from the garage and there is a usage fee. Somewhat disappointed.

Everything you need and a perfect location
This was the perfect place after days and nights exploring the sights and enjoying the city! It was very clean and quiet. There was construction going on but once that is done, the place really will be ideal. The construction didn't bother us but the place will be much better once completed. Nothing luxurious about this place but it has everything you need.

Convenient and clean place in Seville
The property is clean and well maintained. Front desk staff helpful and very organized. Apartment very spacious, more than enough for 2 people, spacious kitchen and living room area, bathroom and separate bedroom area, all open concept. We really liked the possibility of secure underground parking (extra fee) so close to downtown Seville. About 20 minutes walk to downtown Seville, not too bad, nice walk over the the river bridge. One concern though is thin walls and noise/vibrations (dishwasher machine?) coming thru the walls from the other apartments in the middle of the night so if you are light sleeper this may bother you.

Very handy comfortable hotel
Pierre and Vacances is a very well located and comfortable self contained hotel in one the more interesting parts of Sevilla. The stove took some getting used to but after about 4 days we had worked it out.
