"Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room was actually really neat with it having an older charm to it that you can't find anymore in North Conway and the balcony with the view was insane. The bathroom was huge and the bed was pretty comfy. I have no complaints and will definitely be back. To those expecting Hilton qualities at this charming OG inn...there's one down the road. You cant beat the price nor the view."

"For a motel, it is very nice. Get more than what you pay for in my opinion. Don’t expect a 5 star resort. Some stuff is dated, but the room was clean, bed was nicely made and it even smelled clean. A+ for the money."

"My rooms ac wasn’t working at all when I got to my room. Went down to ask them to fix it and they said maintenance would be there right away. A hour and a half later I went down again because no one showed up, and they said the lady forgot to put the repair ticket in it. The manager at the front desk was also very rude to me. The ac wasn’t working temporarily fixed for about 12 hours then the next morning it was blowing hot air only. I went down again, and the front desk manager rudely gave me...

"The hot tub rule is not fair 18y!?!? It should be 8y and above. And you should make the pool deeper or add another one. At last 6f in the deep end the water area was not very enjoyable. Also the shop should have more candy. But overall it’s a really good experience 4 1/2 stars I hope tobi was ok Thank you so so much. Brian,11y"

"Everything was really nice but the hotel unfortunately there was some leftover stuff in the fridge, but didn’t really make it too much of a problem. Was really happy about the AC worked really well."

"The front door blinds were broken...you could see directly into the bedroom from the porch, The front window lock was broken, not secure. No chair or table in the room. No microwave or hotplate in the room. Had to mess with the bath tub faucet to get hot water...about 10 minutes to finally get hot water. Outside Christmas lights came on at 9 pm and lit the whole room up like noonday. I had to unplug them the second night outside. The people next door were going to submit a complaint as well....

"There was issue with the first room alloyed but the front desk immediately helped with switching to convenient one with no wait time . Breakfast was good with usual stuff plus scrambled eggs and sausages . Room was clean and A/c was good ."

"This place is great! Bruce is a wonderful host-very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Beth , the breakfast chef, makes the most delicious breakfasts! The grounds are beautiful and well groomed! Sitting on the screen porch at night with a cocktail was very relaxing! Cannot say enough good things about the inn and the people there! Highly recommend!"
