"This a good basic hotel. It offers clean comfortable rooms. The reception guy is awesome and helpful. There is no pool or food service on the premises. There are some items for sale in the lobby which are snacks and toiletries and most importantly mosquito spray! The hotel is at an easy distance (disregarding the condition of the pathway) from Long Beach and Coral Beach which there are many restaurants and activities available. An ok room

"Finding a decent hotel in Kuala Terengganu can be challenging, but this property stands out for its strategic location in the heart of the city, conveniently connected to a shopping mall. The room was comfortable, though quite basic, and the breakfast was passable but not particularly memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added a pleasant touch to the stay. However, it feels like the overall quality of products and services in Terengganu has been declining, and the city itself seems to lack energy and vibrancy. There's potential here, but it could use a fresh spark to make the experience more enjoyable."
