"Hotel was tired and unwelcoming upon arrival and when we had questions throughout our stay. Often being ignored whilst staff were on their phones or having discussions amongst themselves.
There was no Aircon in the hotel which was previously present. Durring the 40 degree heatwave it was impossible to sleep and cool down. The saving factor was the pool which although tired was welcome relief from the heat"

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside.
There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"Clean, air conditioned room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, few options.
