"This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. Staying at Aqualuz each year is one of my favourite things to do...

"We had a great stay overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having AC in the rooms made a big difference for a restful night’s sleep. The space itself is beautifully designed, and we really appreciated how the units are set up with enough separation to provide a sense of privacy. Check-in was smooth, with clear and thorough instructions that made everything easy from the start. One thing to note is that the showers are on the smaller side, which might feel a bit tight if you’re taller...

"Perfect for us in every way: we were able to check in early, every single staff member was cheerful and polite, we made fresh squeezed orange juice every morning with the oranges supplied every day by housekeeping. Not to mention fresh eggs, pastry, bread, fruit and granola. I dare anyone to find a better stay in Lisbon."

"Lovely spot in the old portion of the city with fado entertainment and musuem a few steps away. Renovations were well done and once you've hauled your bags up the one flight, your comfortable bed and living space awaits you. A nice spot for a temporary repreive."

"VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."
